SE2 LABS' ITC ONE NAMED BEST OF INNOVATIONS 2008 DESIGN & ENGINEERING AWARD WINNER

Revolutionary All-in-One Home Entertainment System Takes Highest Accolade Given by the Consumer Electronics Association During CES for Best in Integrated Home Systems Category Innovation Award

DRAPER, UTAH-November 15, 2007 -SE2 Labs announced today that its ITC One (Integrated Theater Console) has been selected by the Consumer Electronics Association (CEA®) as the Best of Innovations 2008 winner in the Integrated Home Systems category. The Best of Innovations awards are given to the most honored products within the CES Innovations Design and Engineering Awards. Products entered in this prestigious program are judged by a preeminent panel of independent industrial designers, engineers and members of the trade press to honor the most innovative consumer electronic products in the industry. All Innovations honorees were officially announced on November 13 at the 2007 International CES Press Preview held in New York City.

"With the ITC One, we have strived to create a high-end, high-tech, all-in-one home entertainment solution for the discriminating consumer," said Michael Pyle, president and CEO of SE2 Labs. "To have the ITC One recognized by the Consumer Electronics Association as a product that is both innovative and functional is a tremendous honor, and we couldn't be happier that out of all the entries in the Integrated Home Systems category, the ITC One was chosen by the judges as the best product."

The ITC One is the world's first personalized, fully-integrated, one-box home entertainment solution that caters to the most discerning consumers. More than a new product launch, the introduction of SE2 Labs' ITC One results in an entirely new category in home electronics.

With each ITC One, custom installers or end users design a personalized system from the SE2 Labs website. Each ITC One is then built and shipped within two weeks. The following components can be included: Microsoft X-Box 360, X-Box 360 HD DVD Player, Nintendo Wii, DirecTV, High-Def TiVo, Dish Network DVR, national cable providers DVR, including Comcast, Time Warner, Cox Cable and many more, AMX Netlinx Control System, High-End Digital Surround Processor, Bryston Pre-Amp Processor with full digital outputs, IcePower High-End D-Class Amplifiers, High-End Video Processor, Front Touchpanel Screen, Apple Video iPod with Dock, proprietary Remote Control, Power Conditioning, Transparent Cabling and Cable Harness and an Anti-Noise and Vibration System-all integrated through a revolutionary design, working together from an elegant, compact box. It's like a house full of electronics slimmed down to a small console-18" wide x 21" high x 20" deep.

Upgrades and maintenance are easy, since every part of the ITC One is modular. All parts can be swapped or repaired with little effort, and SE2 Labs provides a five-year warranty on each system.

To provide a complete home theater setup, SE2 Labs has partnered with some of the industry's most elite manufacturers, such as Vidikron. These manufacturers have custom built ‘good, better, best' projectors, screens and speakers specifically to be used with the ITC One.

The ITC One can even be customized for both residential and commercial applications, including corporate and education environments-providing all multimedia needs, even video conferencing, for the board room or class room.

The product was also designed to make an installer's job easier. All installers need to do is connect the power, video source and speakers, and turn it on. That's it. No cabling headaches, no racks, no integration worries. With the ITC One, you just plug it in and play.

A patented cooling system maximizes the effects of induction to keep circuitry cool, while four silent, high-powered fans keep internal temperatures low. It represents a significant advantage in cooling over other systems, where internal temperatures often rise to dangerous levels. A built-in thermostat control and temperature gauge rounds out the cooling system.

An advanced mechanical isolation system protects the ITC One's circuitry from airborne and mechanical vibration and keeps internal noises from escaping (such as a hard drive or transport). A sophisticated power conditioning system is preinstalled. Cable connections are recessed into the chassis, so you can push the unit against a wall without straining cable connections. The rear panel has lacing straps for wire management and stress relief.

Finally, the remote control for the ITC One is in a different league, with innovations like color volume feedback, remote locator beeper and RF communication. It is ergonomically designed and easy to operate. Buttons light up automatically in the dark when the unit senses movement. Each remote is tested with that individual system before shipping.

With seven patents pending, the ITC One is the only high-end, all-in-one home entertainment system of its kind on the market today. The ITC One will be sold through custom installers starting at an MSRP of $24,995.

SE2 Labs' award-winning ITC One will also be highlighted and displayed throughout the 2008 International CES® which runs January 7-10, 2008 in Las Vegas. The Best of Innovations 2008 Showcase will be at the Innovations Plus exhibit at the Sands Expo and Convention Center, booth #70621. Additionally, the product will be displayed at CES Unveiled: The Official Press Event of the International CES. The Unveiled product will also be moved to the Las Vegas Convention Center Grand Lobby, for display there during show hours.
